Secretary of State Hillary Clinton met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov today. Lavrov stated that the threat of sanctions against Iran will not work to inhibit them from working on the nuclear program. This is a massive setback to the Obama administrations plan to present a unified effort to pressure the Iranian regime into compliance.
