Secretary Clinton spoke in Russia today about human rights and promoted freedom and openness in political life for journalists as well as tolerance and diversity of every day citizens. In an effort to get out of the main cities and mix in with locals, Secretary Clinton traveled to Tatarstan where she visited both a mosque and an orthodox cathedral.
