Russia: Nuclear Deal Reached

According to a spokesman for the Russian government, Moscow and Washington have reached agreement on a deal to limit the amount of nuclear weapons. Russia and the United States have combined 90% of the words nuclear weapons. Originally, the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START) limited nuclear warheads to 2,200. The new series of agreements, to be signed in Prague in the near future, will limit the amount of nuclear warheads from 2,200 to between 1,500 and 1,675. Negotiators remained mum on the specific provisions however, White  House Spokesman Robert Gibbs states that “they will likely speak in the next few days.”
