Qaddafi's Final Stand?

Will the soon-deposed dictator resort to the use of WMDs in an act of desperation and vengeance? This question, and what must be done to prevent terrorist groups from accessing the Libyan stockpile present NATO with a substantial challenge. While it appears that “the governing forces in Libya have full command and control of any WMD or any security assets,” it remains to

be seen whether NATO has enough people to maintain the security of such dangerous items. Thus, nonproliferation is at the forefront of NATO strategy.
