The BBC reports: In the wake of the Pakistani Army’s claim to have cleared the Swat Valley of militants, and with another Army offensive in South Waziristan on the horizon, 41 people, mostly civilians, have been killed in a suicide attack that took place on Monday in the Shangla district of the Swat Valley.
