No End in Sight for Violence in Pakistan

Bombings in Pakistan continued Sunday when an explosion took at least six lives in front of a police station in Badh Ber, just south of Peshawar. The attack occurred at a police checkpoint after officers had opened fire on the vehicle.

According to Pakistani officials, the Taliban is responsible for more than 300 deaths over the past month. However, the Taliban has denied being behind some of these attacks, including one suicide-bombing that killed more than a hundred civilians in a Peshawar market on Oct. 28.
