Idelphonse Nizeyimana is facing four counts of genocide, or in the alternative complicity in genocide, crimes against humanity (rape) and crimes against humanity (other inhumane acts) for his role in the 1994 Rwandan genocide.
Nizeyimana was captured earlier this month in Uganda, and plead not guilty today at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. Read more at Al Jazeera or at ictr.org.
