Google considering pulling out of China after cyber attacks

Google indicated on Tuesday it will stop cooperating with Chinese censorship and is considering withdrawing the rest of its operations in China following an investigation revealing that several cyber attacks had been launched from within China.

It appears that the attacks were targeting the email accounts of Chinese human rights activists, touching as many as 34 different companies or other entities, including the San Antonio-based rackspace.com, one of the largest data warehouses in the United States.
