Former Prime Minister Blair To Face Iraq Inquiry
Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair will face an Iraq war inquiry in London today. In the past the Iraq inquiry has been a non-too special affair, but with the arrival of Mr. Blair, the Prime Minister who followed President Bush into Iraq, all of the U.K.’s focus will shift to the questioning that Mr. will have to face. Some of the questions that he will surely face will include the why and exactly when did he commit British troops to the invasion. The inquiry will be the biggest stage and the most intense set of questioning he has ever faced regarding his decision to invade Iraq. The inquiry has allowed the public to attend, including some parents of fallen British troops. No doubt that the inquiry will say a lot about his legacy and how he will be remembered in the pages of history. For more go here.
